Appropriately named the 'Cask Expression', Octomore 15.2 is a complex single malt aged just 5 years to preserve the power of its peat. Scottish barley is peated to 108.2 PPM then aged in a combination of second-fill wine and second-fill bourbon casks, with the spirit finally finished in first-fill Cognac casks. An experimental contribution to Bruichladdich distillery's ongoing Octomore series. Notes of toasted oak and toffee.
