This five-year old Islay is made using barley grown on Octomore farm, right next to the Atlantic ocean. As you might expect, there are plenty of characteristic peat and sea-breeze notes, with the ex-bourbon maturation lending fruitier, floral notes of orange blossom and apricot jam.
