Here we have the fifth annual release in Diageo’s ‘Port Ellen’ cask-strength single-malt whisky. Distilled in 1979 and bottled in 2005, it’s limited to a run of 5280. The Port Ellen distillery is among Islay’s best-known, and this expression is replete with trademark island notes.
