This 2018 vintage whisky from Royal Brackla, the first whisky to hold a Royal Warrant, has spent seven years in a PX sherry hogshead. The nose instantly confirms the influence of the sweet sherry, with juicy notes of raisins and Dundee cake tumbling out of the glass. The palate is rich and spicy with lots of eccles cake flavours, ending in a spicy-cherry finish.
