Arak is an exotic spirit originating from the Middle East region. It is a clear coloured and crafted from a mixture of grape alcohol, water and aniseed. The exact recipe differs from country to country. In terms of taste, it falls somewhere between a whisky and a rum and has hints of licorice to it. It can be enjoyed alone or mixed with two parts water. Add ice to finish.
