Aviation Gin, as owned by Hollywood’s Ryan Reynolds, was founded in 2006, taking its moniker from the classic gin sipper cocktail of the same name. When it comes to the flavour profile, Aviation ducks the tradition of a spirit that’s traditionally dominated by the presence of juniper.
Instead, they call upon an intoxicating blend of aniseed, cardamom, coriander, Indian sarsaparilla, lavender and the sweetness of dried orange peel, all of which work harmoniously together with the trusty juniper complementing from the background.
