When it comes to the gin, Silent Pool is of the classic variety. It boasts tons of depth and flavour, while the clear spring water of the pool gives fantastic clarity and brings out the delicate flavours of the 24 botanicals used.
The most pronounced of these flavours include angelica, bergamot, bitter orange, cardamom, cassia, coriander, cubeb, liquorice, local honey, juniper berries, pears and star anise. These elements combine to produce a refreshing, citrusy and well-balanced gin that’s great over ice with an orange peel twist.
