The whisky enjoyed a triple cask maturation, spending time in a sherry butt, a rum cask and a premium pedro ximenez cask too. Independent bottler Spiritfilled bottled just 245 bottles as part of their Mythical Beasts range. Notes of freshly baked sourdough and almond.
