From Highland distillery Tomatin, this is a unique 11 year old single malt. After distillation the liquid matured in a refill cask before enjoying a transformative finish in a single pedro ximenez sherry cask, eventually outturning just 225 bottles. A member of independent bottler Spiritfilled's Mythical Beasts range. Notes of walnut and espresso.
