Tormore 12 Year Old - Pearl of Speyside

This beguiling gem from Tormore, Speyside's neglected pearl, is full of poached peach, vanilla fudge, orchard fruit and hazelnut notes. It was aged predominantly in bourbon casks, with some PX and cream sherry casks added to provide depth and nuttiness to the distillery's fruity and floral spirit. New owners Elixir Distillers are masters at selecting casks and blending spirits, so it's no surprise that this first core range from the distillery they took over in 2022 shows such promise.
