Bottled by the team at Fruitful Spirits, this 5 year old peated Bonnington is interesting. A relatively new distillery to the Lowland scene, this spirit is high-strength and drawn from a single heavily charred cask. There is big smoke on the nose, cigar leaf, tffee, charcoal and toasted oak sweetness.
