A long-aged grain from the long-closed Carsebridge distillery, finished in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled by Living Souls. Expect aromas of pineapple juice, tinned mandarins, sultanas, warm shortbread and honey lead to a palate of mandarin, persimmon, apricot and fruit-cocktail sweetness rounded by soft digestive biscuits.
