The pinnacle of the Jelínek range, this gold slivovitz traces its cognac-influenced style back to a 1923 collaboration between the Jelínek brothers and French cognac house Denis Mounié. A decade of oak ageing gives it a rich golden colour and a harmonious, fruity flavour with a distinctive woody, cognac-like undertone layered with plum, dark cherry, vanilla and toasted spice.
