Paul John Edited is an exciting release from John’s Distilleries in Goa using a combination of Indian six row barley and peated Scottish barley. Its aged in bourbon casks and it’s got a nice peated profile with a strength of 46% ABV. There are loads of barley, cereal, malt and wood spice notes in this one, balanced out nicely with notes of honey, lemon and seaweed.
