Laphroaig 33 Year Old Strong Characters - Donald Johnston

Laphroaig 33-Year-Old Strong Characters is a single malt Scotch whisky that honours the heritage of the Laphroaig distillery and the influential figures who have played a key role in its history. This edition pays tribute to Donald Johnston, the co-founder who, together with his brother Alexander, established the distillery in 1815. The packaging features an illustration of Donald Johnston by artist Bill Bragg, who will be illustrating each release in the series. Matured for 33 years in a combination of American oak barrels and European oak sherry hogsheads, this Islay whisky delivers a distinctive smoky character and a robust flavour profile. Bottled at 43.8% ABV.
