Tomatin Cask Strength Edition

Tomatin Cask Strength was aged in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon casks before being bottled at cask strength of 57.5% ABV. This was the first cask strength expression in the core range from Tomatin, and it’s a very nice one indeed. The nose features notes of ice cream and caramel sauce, crushed walnut and some oranges and red berry. The palate is fruity with green apples and ginger with some sea salt, sweet chocolate and cooking spice.
