Highland Park 17 Year Old - Between You and I

Highland's Park Between You and I series is a set of releases created in conversation with leading talents from the worlds of food, art and fashion. This second edition was crafted in collaboration with New York-based artist Laila Gohar, who is renowned for transforming food into surreal, theatrical art that blurs the lines between cooking, performance, fashion, and design.

Inspired by Gohar's Egyptian heritage, this 17-year-old single malt had a six year finish in new American Oak casks to combine playful, provocative notes of leather, spice and orange blossom with Highland Park's distinctive smoky, honey and heather notes. It's presented in colourful packaging co-created with Gohar that showcases her artistic response to the whisky, and comes with a booklet of evocative vignettes which take you on an imaginative journey through this flavourful single malt.
